There is plenty of room for the whole group to relax and enjoy the stunning views! Comfortable large living room and sitting area with board games, beautiful sun room and additional 3 season porch, a spacious dining room, well equipped kitchen, laundry room, and half bath complete the first floor. The bright second floor has four bedrooms, two more full baths, and plenty of closet space.
Large yard and deck to enjoy the sun and salt air, or take the stairs down to the beach. More beach access to the right of the house at the corner of Shore Rd and Columbus Ave, or Englewood Beach is .3 of a mile down the road. Close to downtown Hyannis for dining and appealing specialty shops, and the island ferries to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. No Smoking. Small pets considered with additional pet deposit. Available off season as well, call for info. Call 508-362-8844 to book.
Owners are willing to do shorter rental periods in the off season months. Off Season Rates (4 night minimum) : 11/01/23-05/25/24 $250 a night plus taxes and fees. 05/26/24-06/22/24 $450 a night plus taxes and fees.
