This comfortable year round home offers an updated and pretty kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, enclosed breezeway porch, living room, finished basement family room, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.Window acs in all bedrooms and living room. There is a large deck, nice outdoor shower, outdoor seating, fire pit, and pretty yard. Bring your basketball-hoop provided, along with various outdoor lawn and beach games for kids and adults. Owners supply some beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Stroller, pack and play, hair dryer, ironing board, and games provided. there are also outdoor games provided (please replace if your group breaks anything). There is also a large dog crate, dog toys and dog beds for your fury family members.

Off season rentals considered-call for rates. Small dogs under 30 lbs. with permission and pet deposit-limit 2.
