Primary bedroom has a queen and a crib with private bath with walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed. Bedroom 3 has a full size bed and a toddler bed. Upstairs there is a 4th bedroom with queen size bed and a desk for a work area. Across the hall there is a guest area with a queen size bed and a twin bed with large walk in closet. Owners provide sheets, towels, and 8-10 beach towels. There is also a pack and play and high chair. The lower level has more comfy seating, another large screen tv, ping pong table, foosball table, laundry, and another bathroom.

Outside has seating areas in front and back, pretty side yard, fire pit, outside shower, and outdoor games-corn hole & Kan Jam. Large deck with gas grill and two umbrella tables.
