Cape Cod Vacation Rentals - Rules
Rentals Information:

- A color flyer with photographs is available
- An area map showing the location is also available
Terms and Conditions
- Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday (unless otherwise noted)
- Check in time is 3:30 pm at ERA Cape Real Estate Office in West Dennis, MA. 02670
- Check out time is 10:00 am to allow for cleaning for the next tenants arrival
- We make every effort to ensure that our rentals are clean for you.
- Payments by personal check until June 1st, then by cash or bank check, no credit cards
- Property is to be left in the same condition as found upon occupancy
- You will need to supply your own bed sheets, towels and personal items.
- A non-refundable $49.00 Processing Fee is required at time lease is signed and returned, within 1 week of date reservation is made.
- Canceling Reservations If you must cancel your reservation, please notify the office by phone and in writing. The monies received will be returned, less a re-rental fee of 20% of the total rental amount, but ONLY if the property is re-rented. You are responsible for the full rental amount for the contracted dates.
