Rentals Information:

• A color flyer with photographs is available
• An area map showing the location is also available

Terms and Conditions

• Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday (unless otherwise noted)
• Check in time is 3:30 pm at ERA Martin Surette Realty Office in West Dennis, MA
• Check out time is 10:00 am to allow for cleaning for the next tenants arrival
• We make every effort to ensure that our rentals are clean for you.
• Payments by personal check until June 1st, then by cash or bank check, no credit cards
• Property is to be left in the same condition as found upon occupancy
• You will need to supply your own bed sheets, towels and personal items.
